Pahadi Hari Mirch Salt also known as ‘Pisyu Loon’ is a traditional variety of naturally flavoured handmade salt native to Uttarakhand and its surrounding region. Pisyu Loon is a unique blend of Himalayan pink salt mixed with fresh herbs and spices, hand-grounded on Sil-batta (stone) by local women in the region.
